Rising Stars is the community’s way of identifying operators who are moving in the right direction. Not the people who are already at the top. The people climbing the fastest — the ones building, delivering, and earning recognition from peers right now.
Selection is automatic. The NARS-Curator agent runs every Sunday at 9 AM and ranks every member by their score increase across the trailing 90 days. The top 20 appear here. The list refreshes weekly.
The first list publishes after the first 90-day NARS cycle.
NARS went live 2026-05-13. The first Rising Stars list will publish 2026-08-11 (90 days later), when the first cohort of operators has had time to earn scores and demonstrate movement.
Until then, watch this page weekly. As members hit 30/60/90-day milestones, the early Rising Stars will emerge.
