How the matcher works

A simple push/pull mechanic with AI matching in the background. Daily at 8 AM, the jobs-board-matcher agent runs the pairing logic. Match score is computed from role fit (40%), location overlap (20%), skill overlap (20%), and NARS validation score (20%). At 60+ points the match surfaces for Victor’s review with a drafted intro email. Nothing auto-sends.
