1. Acceptance

By accessing or using victorsenvision.com (the “Site”) and any services we provide, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Free downloadable PDFs may be shared in their original, unmodified form for personal use only.

4. User Accounts & Creator Profiles

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Approved creators with profiles may upload content as described in the Creator Help guide.

5. User-Generated Content

By submitting content (including profile content, PDFs, photos, video embeds, comments) you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Site. You retain all other rights to your content.

You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to content you submit, and that your content does not violate any third-party rights, applicable law, or our Community Guidelines (no defamation, harassment, hate speech, infringement, illegal content, sexually explicit content, or content that endangers minors).

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

Site content (excluding user-generated content) is owned by Victors Envision Legacy or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The names “Victors Envision,” “Victors Envision Legacy,” and associated logos are our trademarks. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Payments & Memberships

Paid products and memberships are billed in U.S. dollars through third-party processors (PayPal, Stripe). All sales are final unless stated otherwise on the product page. Recurring memberships continue until canceled by you in your account settings.

8. Investment-Related Information

Information on the Site about real estate development, fractional ownership, the Envision Legacy Investment Platform, or any investment opportunity is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security in any jurisdiction. Securities offerings, when available, are made only through formal offering documents to qualified investors as defined by applicable law.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Victors Envision Legacy and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Site or any service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Victors Envision Legacy from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause or notice. Sections 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 14 survive termination.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are effective when we post them with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
