OUR PROMISE

Every feedback submission is read by a human on the Envision AI team within 7 days. Patterns across submissions drive the monthly Voice-of-Customer brief that shapes our roadmap. If your idea ships, we’ll tell you — and you’ll have early access. If your idea doesn’t ship, we’ll explain why honestly.

How we use what you tell us

Every input goes into our Voice-of-Customer aggregation. We don’t just collect feedback — we score it for pattern strength (how many people ask for similar things?), feasibility (how big a build?), and audience fit (does it serve our operator / community / family-office archetypes?). The result is a monthly synthesized brief that drives what our product teams build next.

We also weight User Voice as 12% of every vendor we evaluate — the more our users ask for a specific integration, the more weight it gets in our selection process. You don’t just request features; you shape the architecture of the platform.

Your input is yours. We never sell it. We never train AI models on it. We anonymize patterns when we publish trend summaries.
