Creator Space guide

Build a clear, safe Creator Space.

Use this guide to prepare information you are ready to make public, review it carefully, and return to your dashboard for the controls available to your account.

Move through one step at a time

Your account may show different controls based on your access. Use only the options you can see in your own dashboard, and ask for help instead of sharing a password.

  1. Open your dashboard

Start at My Space and sign in only on a Victors Envision page. Keep your password and sign-in links private.

  2. Edit your profile

Add a short description of your work and only the contact or social links you are ready to make public. Review spelling, names, and claims before saving.

  3. Add public work samples

Use the upload or link controls shown in your account. Add only files, videos, or links you own or have permission to share publicly.

Keep private records, customer material, financial information, and unapproved images of other people out of public uploads.

  4. Check every public link

Open each link in a separate browser window. Confirm that it reaches the intended item, works on a phone, and does not expose anything you meant to keep private.

  5. Review before you share

Read the page as if you have never seen it. Make the purpose clear, remove unsupported promises, and check that people have a useful next step.

  6. Share deliberately

Use your public profile link only where it helps the audience you intend to reach. Recheck the page whenever your work, availability, or public information changes.

Before anything becomes public

  • Do not publish passwords, private account links, payment details, or personal records.
  • Do not publish customer, child, family, or community information without the right permission.
  • Do not claim pricing, availability, approval, partnership, results, or features that have not been confirmed.
  • If you are unsure, stop and review Trust and Safety before sharing.

Ready for the next step?

Return to your dashboard to use the controls available to your account. If something is missing or unclear, use the account-help route without sending private credentials.
