How to Use Your Creator Space
A complete walkthrough — what to click, in what order, to go from new account to published profile in under 30 minutes.
1. Log in for the first time
Open the login email we sent you. Click the password reset link. Set a strong password and bookmark victorsenvision.com/wp-admin/.
If you didn’t get the email, ask Victor to send a fresh password reset.
2. Edit your profile
From your dashboard click Edit My Profile. Fill in your full name, a 2–3 sentence bio, your contact email, and links to where else your audience can find you (Instagram, LinkedIn, your own site).
Pro tip: write the bio so a stranger can tell within 10 seconds what you do and why they should care.
3. Upload your PDFs
Click Upload PDFs from your dashboard. Drag the PDF into the upload box. After it uploads, copy the file URL. Paste it into your profile’s My Work section using the template provided.
PDFs should be under 25 MB. If yours is larger, compress it first — smallpdf.com or Adobe’s free compress tool work fine.
4. Embed videos from anywhere
Your videos can come from any major platform. The Creator Space supports embeds from:
- YouTube — copy the embed code, paste in your profile
- Instagram — click Share → Embed on a post or reel, paste the code
- Facebook — click Embed from a video’s menu
- TikTok — click Share → Embed video
- X / Twitter — click Share → Embed Tweet
Embeds keep view counts and engagement on the original platform — we just give your work a curated home here.
5. Schedule events
Workshop, AMA, livestream, in-person gathering — click Create an Event. Title, date/time, location (or Zoom link), description, RSVP method.
Approved events appear on the Victors Envision homepage Upcoming Events section — free promotion to our whole audience.
6. Share your link everywhere
Your public profile lives at victorsenvision.com/creator/your-handle. Drop that one link into your Instagram bio, your email signature, your printed cards. Built-in Share button on your profile makes it one tap to send to anyone.
Your profile also has a downloadable QR code. Print it on a card and hand it out at events.
Common Questions
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Email Victor and your account + profile come down within 48 hours. Anything you uploaded gets removed too.
Who can see what I upload?
Anything on your profile is public — that’s the point. PDFs you upload to your Media Library but don’t link from your profile are NOT linked anywhere, but the URL would be guessable so don’t use Media for private files.
Can I edit other creators’ pages?
No. You can only edit your own profile. Victor is the only person who can edit the wider site — that’s by design.
Does it cost anything?
Founding creators (the first wave) are free. We’ll announce any future pricing well in advance. Founding members keep their original terms.
Can I monetize directly through my profile?
Tip jar, Stripe link, paid PDFs — coming in a later phase. For now your profile is the lobby; the transaction happens on your own platform.
