The Victors Envision Value & Recognition System — how members identify each other’s capabilities, signal their own trajectory, and earn standing through documented work, not arcade-style ratings.
Why This Exists
A community can’t build itself if members can’t find each other. The recognition system makes capability visible — without inviting toxicity, review-bombing, or the arcade 1-5 star feel of consumer apps. Every signal is earned. Every badge means something specific. Every endorsement is scarce on purpose.
Five Levels — the Journey
Every member moves through these levels at their own pace. Earned, not granted.
Apprentice
Just arrived. Onboarding complete. Curious and learning.
Operator
Doing the work. Completed a foundational curriculum or shipped a first creator profile.
Senior Operator
Established. Multiple capabilities documented. Peer-endorsed.
Founding Operator
Original first-wave Cohort member. Permanent designation. The ones who made the rest possible.
Master Operator
Runs their own cohort under the Platform. Peer of the founder. The pipeline complete.
Capability Badges
Earned through documented work. Each badge means a specific thing. Members display up to 8 publicly. Examples below:
Real Estate Operator
Operated rental ≥12 months OR closed first Club deal
Wealth Builder
Completed JR Method + documented portfolio strategy
Hospitality Operator
Operates F&B, events, or short-term rental venue ≥6 months
Creator
Active creator profile + 5+ pieces of work in any medium
Educator
Delivered 3+ educational sessions (Fireside, workshop, course)
Real Estate Pro ✓
Holds active RE license. Verified by admin.

Peer Endorsements — Scarce on Purpose
No 1-5 stars. No anonymous reviews. No public defamation surface. We do this differently.
Per quarter
Each member gets exactly 3 endorsements to spend on other members per quarter. Scarcity is the signal.
For a specific badge
Each endorsement is FOR a specific capability. “I endorse Marcus as a Real Estate Operator.” Not “5 stars.”
Anonymous reviews
Every endorsement is signed. Members know who endorsed whom. Real reputation, real accountability.
Finding Value in the Community
Once a member, you can browse the community directory and filter by level, badge, or endorsement count. Find collaborators. Find mentors. Find capital partners. Find the people whose capability matches the work you’re doing.
