Operator-Investor

Already runs properties, businesses, or other assets. Wants capital partners and bigger deal flow.

Capital Partner

Accredited investor or family office. Vetted deal flow, operator alignment, long horizon.

Aligned institutional or family-office partner. Named anchor role across multiple deals.

Eligibility Path

Three paths can qualify you. Pick the one that fits.

Path A Graduate

I am or am becoming a homeowner through the Victors Envision Renter-to-Owner Pathway.

Community Hub Member

I participate in the Creator Community Hub and have completed (or plan to complete) the voluntary curriculum.

Accredited Investor

I meet the SEC accredited-investor definition (income, net worth, or qualifying credentials).

First-Time Investor → M3 — Beginner Investor module (free, 10 questions, awards Bronze)
Operator-Investor → M4 — JR Method Cycle 1 or M5 — Vehicles & Endgame Essentials (Silver tier)
Capital Partner → M7 — JR Method Flagship or M8 — Securities & Capital Structure (Gold tier)
Hold or supply an external credential (Real Estate License, CFA, CPA, Series 7/65/82, NMLS, etc.) → Bronze-to-Gold elevation on verification
