Firms operating at institutional scale. $25M+ in active assets / annual revenue. Built for premium real estate, premium service businesses, premium operating engagements.
B-Tier — Mid Market
NARS 60-74 · Operator
Established firms operating in the $1M-$25M range. Same operating discipline as A-tier, scaled to the mid-market price point. Most active deals run through B-tier partners.
C-Tier — Accessible Market
NARS 40-59 · Apprentice / Operator entry
Smaller firms with A-tier discipline at accessible pricing. A million-dollar firm running like the fifty-million-dollar firm. Right fit when budget is constrained but quality must hold.
How tier placement works
Tier placement is driven by the Network Activity Recognition Score (NARS). Identity verified, service delivery tracked, community engagement counted, standards alignment audited, network contribution logged. Tier is earned, not bought. Full mechanics at /creator-space/.
Institutional Tier
Brand Deals & Corporate Partnerships
A separate lane for the larger relationship. Brand co-development, corporate-partnership integration, co-branded events, multi-year capital alignment. Creators sign up at /become-a-creator/; paid sponsors go through /sponsor-intake/; this lane is for institutional partnership conversations.
Brand Deals
Co-branded campaigns, product placements, event sponsorships, content collaborations. You bring a brand with a story; we plug it into the Victors Envision community-anchored ecosystem.
Examples: A premium menswear house that wants featured placement in our Italian-suit storyteller content. A regional bank that wants to co-sponsor a financial-literacy event series. A publisher that wants Victors Envision’s Library audience.
Right fit: $25K-$250K engagements. 6-18 month terms. Brand-aligned. Premium positioning required.
Corporate Partnerships
Sustained business-level integration. Strategic alliances, capital co-investment, joint venture vehicles, multi-year operating relationships. The deepest tier we offer.
Examples: A construction firm operating as our preferred general contractor across multiple Envision Legacy developments. A real-estate syndicator co-investing in Cohort 001+ deals. A financial-services firm white-labeling the JR Method curriculum for their client base.
Right fit: $250K+ engagements or multi-year capital deployment. Term-sheet conversations. Securities-attorney coordination on structure.
What happens after you inquire
Brand Deal + Corporate Partnership inquiries route directly to Victor for personal review. Initial response within 5 business days. If there is a fit, the next step is a 30-minute discovery call. Term-sheet conversations follow on the discovery call. Documentation (LOI, partnership agreement, JV operating agreement) is drafted by our counsel after mutual scope agreement.
